Hotel night lasts from 14:00 till 11:00 on the day of the check out Booking arrangement and cancellation:

• The booking can be confirmed after arranging the pre-payment of 49% of the expected costs of the event organization during 3 days after fixing the date of the planned event or by confirming the credit card number.
• If the event has been cancelled more than 3 weeks before the fixed data of the planned event – you won’t be charged any additional costs and the pre-payment will be returned.
• It this period is shorter the hotel has a right to keep the whole prepayment.
